Harris Benedict (Male): REE = 66.5 + 13.7 x weight (in kg) + 5 x height (in cm) - 6.8 x age.
Harris Benedict (Female): REE = 665 + 9.6 x weight (in kg) + 1.8 x height (in cm) - 4.7 x age.
Mifflin - St.Jeor (Male): REE = 10 x weight (in kg) + 6.25 x height (in cm) - 5 x age + 5.
Mifflin - St.Jeor (Female): REE = 10 x weight (in kg) + 6.25 x height (in cm) - 5 x age -161.
