Medical application (medical CE marking) allowing addiction centers to keep the link with their patients in a secure manner.
Addiction is a chronic disease, its treatment must be done over several months or years, or patients suffering from addiction are less observant of care than patients suffering from other pathologies, including psychiatric others. Indeed, there are frequent comorbidities between pathologies of the attachment system (borderline and antisocial personality disorder) and addictions, responsible for difficulty in accessing care. These difficulties are reinforced by addictions which accentuate relationship disorders, isolation and social withdrawal. In addition, patients with this double diagnosis (addiction and personality disorder) will present more severe addictive disorders with a lower level of attention to care. For these patients, the establishment of proactive care promoting alliance with care is therefore essential and constitutes a large part of the treatment. It is in this context that the team of the Center for Support and Prevention in Addictology (CSAPA) Maurice Dide, Innov'Pôle Santé (IPS) of the Toulouse University Hospital and the company BOTdesign have developed an application called "Ô DIDE ”. This tool facilitates links with the healthcare team and the continuity of care between consultations. It makes it possible to facilitate exchanges with the healthcare team and promote the empowerment (empowerment) of patients who will have available tools that can be used at home in order to complete the care developed in consultation.
O'DIDE does not replace your care by your healthcare team. It is an information, declaration and medical support tool.
In case of emergency, please consult your doctor or emergency.
