RE’BOND (Reshape your Bone Disease) is a digital tool intended for the follow-up and management of patients followed for a bone disease or a phosphocalcium metabolism disorder.
This brings together all the activities around this care: care activities, therapeutic education, digital tools.
It allows the patient to monitor the signs of his disease (fractures, pain, dental damage) and treatments, to assess the place of physical activity, to organize the monitoring of his disease, to access information on the pathology and to exchange with the medical team by messaging.
It was co-created by Dr Valérie Porquet-Bordes and BOTdesign.
