Mobile application developed in order to learn about memory initiatives, which are part of our culture and heritage, enclosed in the histories of every corner of the entire department of Norte de Santander, from the app you can tour the municipalities, places, using geolocation, 360 elements and augmented reality. This mobile application is an initiative of the German Cooperation Agency GIZ with the "Making Memory" agreement, which seeks to rescue the past and give value to those forgotten stories that are difficult to tell and give them the recognition they deserve.
