Connect Customer

Connect Customer is a cloud based Mobile app for connecting consumer grievances directly to the distributors. There is a disconnect between the distributors and consumers as the grievances are routed to head office first and there is a huge delay until it reaches the distributor to address the consumer's grievances.

Using the Connect Customer Mobile App consumers can log in their grievances out of the prepopulated items in less than a minute and they can check the status as and when it is updated. This increases the visibility to both the consumer and distributors equally.
