Viettel dạo này rất mất dạy, vừa nạp 50k bằng Viettel Money thì 10p sau tổng đài 3133 gọi tự động, gọi xong tự động đăng ký gói cước trừ luôn 50k, không cần xác nhận, như lừa đảo. Gọi tổng đài thì trả lời quanh co, không giải quyết. Nhà mạng to mà đến lúc phải móc túi khách hàng theo cách như này thật xấu hổ.
