This action will generate a ticket within Syonet CRM and if the desired time is available, your schedule will be automatically confirmed through a notification. If the time is already occupied, an operator will contact you to make the rescheduling, depending on the availability of your schedule.
2 - Follow-up of revisions
Through the APP, you can view the revisions that were made at Bravo Trucks, as well as, be notified of the upcoming revisions, planned for your registered vehicles.
3 - Vehicle Mileage Update
Through the App, you can update the current mileage information of the vehicle, being notified more accurately about your next revisions.
4 - Research
Respond to the satisfaction surveys generated by Bravo Trucks directly on your device.
5 - Contact us
You can send messages directly to Bravo Trucks, which will be received and worked by the service team. Your messages will be part of the indicators of Bravo Trucks, helping to improve the processes applied by it.
6 - Notifications
You can receive notifications generated by Bravo Trucks, such as promotions and new business opportunities related to your vehicle, birthday greetings and occasional campaigns generated by the Marketing team on your device.
7 - Recurring Alerts
You can be reminded regularly about Oil Level, Tire Calibration and Water Level checking. The App stores the last scan, and will advise the date of next scan, keeping your vehicle always up to date with basic maintenance items.
