Shubidha Partner

BRAC Bank (BBL) Shubidha- Partner is a mobile-based app of BRAC Bank through which the bank’s enlisted merchants (partners) can sell products and services financed by the bank. The app performs end-to-end digital loan processing, including product selection, the input of loan information, loan document upload, and loan disbursement digitally in a few steps.

After installing the app, you can:
1. View your information stored with BRAC Bank:
Brand name;
Main outlet address.
2. Check customer’s authenticity:
Search customer’s loan reference number provided by BRAC Bank;
View information on the customer’s approved loan.
3. Input and submit loan details of customer:
Product name and price;
Down payment amount;
Loan tenor.
4. Obtain customer’s loan documents:
Inform customer to pay loan processing fees through customer’s Shubidha app;
Receive customer’s loan documents in your email;
Print loan documents and obtain customers' signatures;
Upload customer’s loan documents.
5. Deliver product:
Input product delivery code sent in customer’s Shubidha app;
Hand over the product to the customer.
6. View anytime:
List all delivered products from your app.

All you need:
• Enlist your company in BRAC Bank to avail Shubidha App;
• An active company account with BRAC Bank;
• A smartphone/tab and printer in your outlet with an Android operating system;
• Internet connectivity through mobile internet or Wi-Fi.
