Get to know the mobile application designed for Users using SaldeoSMART in the online version.
Access to the SaldeoSMART program is required to use the mobile application. Logging in is possible for both Users of the Accounting Panel and the Company Panel. SaldeoSMART is an innovative program for companies and accountants. See the features available in the mobile application:
- ADDING AND EDITING DOCUMENTS IN PDF, JPG, PNG
Simple and fast - just add a file in pdf, jpg, png format from your phone, so that it immediately appears in SaldeoSMART. The document (invoice, letter, contract, order) will be visible in your SaldeoSMART account for both you and your accountant. You can attach up to 10 files at a time and immediately assign them to a given type to automate the workflow. In addition, you will add and edit attachments to the document and link documents with each other.
- READING DOCUMENTS
You can automatically read the added documents using OCR. In this way, the invoice, after being added to the document archive, will be immediately described (number, dates, amounts or contractor's name).
- SEARCHING AND SENDING DOCUMENTS
You need to check the document that you submitted to accounting, and you do not have a computer at hand - search for it in the mobile application using various parameters and filters. When you find the document you need, you can preview the scan and send it by e-mail.
- ACCEPTANCE OF DOCUMENTS IN CIRCULATION
You will remotely approve documents and forward them to the next stage in the Document Flow, taking into account parallel approval, transition conditions, indicating the responsible person and adding a comment. We will inform about the documents assigned to the User with push messages.
- ISSUING AND SEARCHING SALES INVOICES
Issue a sales invoice, VAT Margin, on the gross amount or an invoice for non-VAT payments in your phone. You can add a new contractor, product or download data from the database. You will mark the GTU code and JPK procedure on the invoice and send it immediately to your contractor. If you need to check an invoice issued earlier, thanks to the search engine you will quickly find it and check it on your phone.
- VIEWING THE ACCOUNTING STATEMENT
Companies are kept informed about income, costs, profit/loss in the summary of the accounting settlement. The user can also see the details of the settlement, i.e. types of taxes/ZUS to be paid and information whether they have already been paid. We keep you informed about new taxes, ZUS or their payment dates with push messages.
- PAYMENT CONTROL
It applies to both sales invoices and cost documents. You can make partial payments. You also have access to the list of unpaid sales and cost invoices of the company along with their summary.
- TASKS
View, edit and add tasks whenever you need it. Push notifications will remind you of the approaching deadline for completing the task.
