The BranchNav application displays important information covering business aspects, operational aspects, risk & compliance aspects, service aspects, premise aspects and online supervision. The functions in this aspect are contained in a number of operational supervision features, namely the module: Performance of DPK, Credit and KUR Distribution; Outlet Rental Data; ATM Rental Data; Audit Findings (CIX Data, Pending Audit Data, Judicial Rating Data); Revitalization; FAQ; Handbook; BRO data; and Branch Profiles.
In the Revitalization module, users can update the progress of the Revitalization work by taking pictures or adding images on a smartphone. In the ATM Lease and Outlet Lease modules, there is a maturity list feature that allows users to obtain maturity data regularly and sequentially. In the Audit Findings module, regional and JAL users can view audit findings data for all branches in a certain area in the Branch Summary feature.
