With the PRACTICE app you can contribute to the investigation of the development of long-term pain complaints after a visit to the emergency department by means of short questionnaires. This information is also important for your doctor and yourself to get a good picture of how you are doing. For more information, you can read further at www.practice-studie.nl.

The PRACTICE app consists of the following parts:

Activity screen
Under activities you will find the questionnaire that is available to fill in. You will also see when you can complete the questionnaires.

Dashboard
The dashboard graphically displays your results about your daily pain score.

Log
Completed questionnaires can be found in the logbook.
