Fly on the bar, let go, let yourself be enveloped by the fabric, take flight with the hoop, overcome your prejudices about yourself and your physique. Participate in our courses and workshops around well-being, events and regular workshops.
From beginner to advanced, our team is here to support you and challenge your limits!
