using it mainly for CGM. But it doesn't have widget for CGM for main users. only have widget for blood glucose, which is rather useless unless you do finger prick. Widget for CGM is IMPORTANT since it reads every minute without opening app. There are no alerts for family members, only notifications every minute. Quite hard to monitor for family member who might be experiencing a Hypoglycemia episode,especially at night. Entering insulin records in data is inconvenient. no pre-set settings.

customer support is terrible. Reported a few times on their cgm buzud 2.0 being faulty and most of the time, there were no responses from them. Had many different issues such as: 1. sensor self check 2 replace sensor prompted before end of life 3. calibration failed error (unable to calibrate even with above 20% difference) contacted buzud support team via email and through app but most of the time no responses.
