The Bundesverband der Arbeitsrechtler in Firmen e.V. (BVAU) is the independent, nationwide, cross-sector and personal association for labor lawyers in companies. The reputation of the discipline of labor law, the promotion of labor lawyers in companies as one of the most important expert groups in the German economy as well as a homogeneous transfer of knowledge and the exchange of experience - for example in regional and thematic groups - are the main focuses of the association, which was founded in April 2013 in Heidelberg.
