Patut Patuh Patju Regional Hospital's mobile attendance application for attendance activities uses geotagging technology, allowing accurate employee attendance at each location and monitoring through a dashboard and timesheet.
FEATURES:
- Attendance In/Out
This feature is used to record clock-in and clock-out attendance. Equipped with geotagging, when clocking in and out, not only the clock-in time but also the location is recorded (employees are only allowed to clock in within a 100-meter radius of the hospital. If an employee is assigned to an outside assignment, the location of the clock-in will be recorded at the point where the employee clocked in).
- Performance Data
Each employee can monitor their own and their subordinates' attendance and time performance.
- Activity Reports
SIMPETRI also provides input for activity reports, both in the form of summaries and detailed reports during the employee's time on duty. This feature is especially useful for employees on out-of-work assignments, allowing their superiors to directly monitor the activities of their subordinates during their out-of-work assignments. Photos can be attached to reports.
- Leave & Sick Leave
The process for requesting and approving leave, whether for Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Essential Leave, Maternity Leave, Unpaid Leave, or Grand Leave, can be done directly within the mobile app anytime and anywhere. Each employee's remaining leave can also be monitored in real time.
- Out-of-School Orders
This feature allows superiors to issue direct orders to their subordinates to go on out-of-school duty and monitor their location and activities through Out-of-School Attendance and the resulting reports.
