Why is it so hard to switch the aligner on the tracker? I just want to match my current aligner to my tracker and it's the hardest thing to do.

I want my money back! The service is not good, I had an issue with my aligners and have been emailing for quite a while, I always get the same answer, they ask me to provide pictures, I have done that multiple times and after that there's no follow up. I want my money back!
