The Cable App provides platform for both cable owners and operators to keep track of services provided by the operator to the particular user and also services used by the customer. The application allows customer to track the payment details according to the activation date and deactivation date based on which they can activate new plans or make payments for the packages used. Feedback/problem faced by the customer can be noted and put to action by the generation of tickets collection agents which gets notified by the admin.
