This app calculates a person's body mass index (BMI) free of charge according to their weight and height. With it you can calculate your BMI and know if you are above or below your ideal weight and even receive the ideal weight for your height. It can also be used to find your healthy weight if you want to lose weight or start a diet program.

What is BMI?

The Body Mass Index is a measure used to measure obesity or thinness adopted by the World Health Organization (WHO). It is the international standard for assessing the degree of obesity. Overweight and obesity, indicated by BMI, are risk factors for diseases such as hypertension, heart disease and diabetes, as well as other pathologies considered high risk for Public Health.
