Now the families of Cinisello Balsamo can apply to join the "Free Nursery 2021-2022" measure in a simplified way through a blockchain-based App!
"Free Nursery on Blockchain" is the App designed by the Lombardy Region for families that supports adherence to the "Free Nests 2021-2022" measure.
The "Free Nursery 2021-2022" measure was born within the "Income of Autonomy" action program which aims to reduce the economic and social vulnerability of individuals and families. Exclusively, the Lombardy Region has identified Cinisello Balsamo as the municipality where to start and continue the process of experimenting with the use of blockchain technology to support an App dedicated to the presentation of subsidy applications, considering that the specific characteristics of the technology can bring benefits in terms of transparency, timing and simplification of administrative action.
The App is therefore reserved on an experimental basis for citizens of the Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo. The App is currently in the testing phase and once it is released in its first validated version it will become part of the carnet of tools that the Lombardy Region has made available to Lombard citizens.
You can access the App with your level 2 SPID identity, consisting of the pair of credentials you have chosen (username and password) combined with an additional security measure that depends on your SPID Identity Provider. Through the App, after authentication and without entering additional information, you can make sure in a few steps if your family meets the eligibility conditions for the "Free Nursery 2021-2022" measure and send the application for membership.
Thanks to the automatic interaction with local, regional and national databases, the App collects and checks your data, fills out the application for participation in the measure and sends it to the Online Calls portal. The only thing you need to do is request verification of the requirements.
With the use of blockchain technology, the outcome of the verification is recorded in a secure and unalterable way, making it always possible to consult it in the future. The fulfilled requirements become digital certificates that you can immediately find in the "wallet" section and reuse later on other services of the Lombardy Region that will be accessible through the App.
