About Cantão Help Desk

Cantão Help Desk was developed to serve small companies that need to organize their customer service work.

With it, customers will be able to open tickets (tickets) that will be directed to your company's teams. The teams will then do all interaction with the customer until the final resolution of the problem or answer to the question. Several features are available to facilitate communication between the company and the customer, such as comments, emails and chats that are made and organized directly in the application.
