Can I add downstream users?
-Yes, Tea Shop owners and Artisans can add downstream users to their business owner accounts.
Can I see a retrospective report on my sales?
-Yes, you can get retrospective daily / weekly / monthly / annual reports status / payment / customer / product based report.
Can the customer order the data?
-When the customer first register, the ordering feature is turned off. But if you want, you can turn on the order feature for that user.
Is the notification coming?
-Yes, you receive notification when a new order arrives.
Can others join as sub-members without my permission?
-No, trades who want to join you must get an invitation code from you.
HOW TO INSTALL
You can download the Tea Shop App from Google PlayStore and AppStore.
No identification for installation, credit card and so on. It does not require. It only works with a verification code that comes as SMS to your phone.
1. Install the application.
2. Open the application and select the input method.
3. Enter your phone number and enter the incoming SMS code.
4. Enter your name and business name
HOW DOES IT WORK
Once you've installed the app, log in and edit the products and prices you'll sell.
Your tradesmen will also install the application on their phone and be included in the system with your invitation code.
Handicrafts pay you cash and you make them load your cash balance through the application. And they place orders with these balances.
1. Download the application to your phone. Add employees and customers to your system.
2. Edit the products and prices you sell. (Tea, toast, coffee, beverage etc.)
3. Define balance to customers
4. When customers place an order, all your employees will be notified about this order.
HOW CAN I CUSTOMER OR EMPLOYEES?
If a person wants to join your system as a worker or tradesman / customer, he or she must use the square code on your phone as an invitation code.
1. Enter the Trades and Customers section.
2. Let your tradesman open the application on his phone and indicate that he is a tradesman and read the QR code camera on your phone.
3. Enter the My Employees section.
4. Your employee will open the application on his phone and indicate that he is an Employee and have the QR code on your phone read to the camera.
