It is an application for grievance redressal mechanism developed for retired employees of Central Coalfields Limited , a Miniratna Public Sector Unit under Ministry of Coal (Government of India). This application is meant for submission of grievance by the superannuated employees to the nodal department of CCL for effective resolution related to the pre-defined subject like PF,Gratuity ,Pension etc.
