Bitcoin Address Observer let you observe any Bitcoin address.
If you activate it in settings, the app checks the observed addresses periodically in background and informs you as soon as the transaction count of any of the addresses changes.
Android OS (or the modified version of your phones manufacturer) often prevent apps from doing background operations to save battery. Therefore it is strongly recommended to whitelist this app to get background synchronisation work properly.
