In order to accelerate customer acquisition, optimize costs, reduce abandonment rates, and deliver a superior customer experience bank is planning to launch mobile based digital account opening app which will be scalable and user-friendly.

Same Mobile app can be used for introducing other non-financial services to both new / existing customer can apply for various services from any ware through their smart phones.

Bank is looking following three type of account opening option:-
- Instant account opening with Aadhar number
-Digital account opening vith Aadhar and biometric KYC / Video KYC.
-Digital account opening with OVD and biometric KYC / Video KYC.

Apart from digital account, opening Bank is also looking to provide KCC renewal service to existing KCC customer.
