The main objective of this APP for Incidents is that a client can notify their technical service of any incident that occurs on any of their machines for subsequent resolution by a technician. A client may have several establishments. Each establishment will be identified with its address or center, in each one there may be several locations or groups (kitchen, living room, etc.), and each group may have several machines (air conditioning, extractor fan, refrigerator, etc.), on which incidents will be created.
