About Checkin QR Attendance tracker
"Time is everything"
When it's come to tracking and managing by a tool,
It should be simple to use, user-friendly and also reduce the managing time.
There we started thinking and developed an application, the name is CheckIn.
Checkin is mobile first attendance tracking and managing system to use startups, small-scale industries, middle-level industries, event organizing and colleges.
Checkin app has three different ways of tracking technics to track attendance for employees or attendees:
1. QR-Fixed: QR code is fixed in a place and attendee can check-in by mobile with GPS validation.
2. QR ID Card: Distribute QR codes as id card to attendees, and track their attendance using fixed organization mobile device(Majorly used for contract employees and event organizing).
3.Remote: Check-in from a remote location and GPS(optional).
Features:
1. Quick report generation - Email / Download as excel / View with filters.
2. Manual check-in by admin for missed entries.
3. Location tracking for each check-in/check-out entries.
4. Attendee dashboard to view their attendance by date.
5. Check-in not allowed in for illegal attempts for unauthorized locations.
6. Flexible attendee/employee management.
Note: Maximum of 10 attendees/employees are allowed to manage for the free version. For upgrade to premium version please contact helpdesk@checkinapp.info.
