"CHECKROID" client program rules
The terms of the "CHECKROID" client program downloaded by the customer are as follows. By downloading the "CHECKROID" Client Program, you are deemed to have agreed to the "CHECKROID" Client Program Terms.
1. 1. The "CHECKROID" cloud service function cannot be used with the "CHECKROID" client program alone. The customer can submit the prescribed application to SCSK Hokkaido Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and use it when the Company issues the consent form to the customer.
2. We assume no responsibility for the "CHECKROID" client program.
3. 3. Intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademark rights related to the "CHECKROID" client program belong to the Company.
4. The customer shall not perform the following acts regarding the "CHECKROID" client program.
(1) Acts that infringe or may infringe intellectual property rights such as our copyrights and trademark rights
(2) Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals, or give disadvantages to the Company or a third party
(3) The act of reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, modifying, or modifying the software of the "CHECKROID" client program.
(4) The act of linking for the purpose and purpose of encouraging the act, knowing that the act falls under any of the preceding items.
5. If the customer intentionally or negligently causes damage to the Company regarding the "CHECKROID" client program, the customer shall compensate the Company for the damage.
6. The Company shall not be liable for any dispute between the customer and a third party regarding the "CHECKROID" client program downloaded by the customer.
7. The governing law regarding the establishment, effect, performance and interpretation of the "CHECKROID" client program agreement shall be Japanese law.
8. When the Company issues the prescribed consent form to the customer, the provisions of the terms and conditions on which the consent form is based shall take precedence over the "CHECKROID" Client Program Terms and Conditions.
