The TeamCare app monitors incoming calls to alert you of phone calls during telehealth video consultations with your care provider to avoid unwanted interruptions. You will have the option to decline or accept incoming phone calls while a video consultation is active. If accepted or declined you will have a seamless experience and be able to get back on the call with your care provider. Access to your contacts and phone call log are required to provide caller ID functionality, however, no contact or call data is saved within the app or shared outside the app.
