The Sar'Connect application is intended for all medical or paramedical practitioners caring for patients with a soft tissue mass. Produced in collaboration with the Sarcome France Group, Sar'Connect is a tool for connecting healthcare professionals with expert sarcoma referral centers. In order to limit delays in treatment and improve the prognosis of patients with sarcoma, this application offers a rapid decision-making algorithm to give referral advice and allows easy access to the directory of referral centers classified according to of your geolocation.
Identification :
In order to be accessible to healthcare professionals, an RPPS number is required when connecting to the application for the first time. It is also possible to enter your email address in order to receive a summary of the data indicated in the algorithm to facilitate the transmission of information with the referral centers.
Orientation:
Thanks to the geolocation of your phone, the application offers you the referral center closest to you with its contact details. You also have access at all times to all the different national centers.
The algorithm:
Based on the work carried out by the radiology team of the Sarcoma Expert Group, the application offers a short questionnaire to advise you on the orientation and management of your patient.
The encyclopedia :
