Application designed for the measurement of competencies defined by the International Bureau of Education (UNESCO). The International School of Seville - San Francisco de Paula carried out its implementation, adapting its use to the development of the International Baccalaureate Programs.
Each of the major competencies has been broken down into five behaviors, which are valued from 0 to 8. This definition of behaviors has also taken into account the framework of competencies defined by the Joint Research Center of the European Commission (JRC, Joint Research Center), which is fully collected.
The roles of student (self-evaluation), peers (peer evaluation), family (evaluation by parents, in the extracurricular and family environment) and teachers (school environment and activities) have been defined.
