Digital services, notices and communications from all the organizations that interest you, in one APP!
The Cittadino Digitale app allows you to interact directly and simultaneously with one or more of all the organizations (Municipalities, Provinces, ...) participating in the Cittadino Digitale project for
• always be informed
• make reports
• receive important communications
• receive instant messages on topics you have reported that interest you
• use the online services enabled by the Bodies you have chosen to follow
For example, you can follow electoral results, receive and consult civil protection alerts, electronically pay for the TARI or any other authorized service. You decide which services will populate your APP, choosing among those that the Body or the Organizations that you have decided to follow make available; if you have a SPID identity, or special credentials, you can also access services that require authentication directly from the Digital Citizens APP.
You also have the archive of communications and spontaneous messages (push notifications) that you received from the Bodies: you can consult them at your convenience and decide which ones to keep and which to delete.
Depending on your preferences, you can also instruct the APP to report on the main screen of your smartphone the arrival of each message.
To install and use the APP you do not need to register or provide your personal information.
If the body you are interested in following does not appear on the list, please let us know immediately and advise the Body to join the Cittadino Digitale project!
How to use APP Cittadino Digitale:
1. Install the APP
2. From the burger menu at the top left, through the Settings item, access the area where you can choose the bodies to follow, the topics and the online services that these have made available.
Note: for optimal use of the Cittadino Digitale App, it is recommended to enable geolocation and push notifications on your smartphone.
