The Eren Energy Mobile App is designed for use by both company employees and subscribers.

After logging in with their registration numbers, employees can:

- Track Hazardous Situation Notifications and notifications
- Monitor Field Control Management through the app
- Submit and follow-up on suggestions
- View procedures

After registering and having their memberships approved, subscribers can:
- Register with their subscriber numbers
- Submit and track technical support requests through the app
- Request and track appointments through the app
- Apply for open job positions.
