The Gioielleria Ranieri app offers all jewelery customers an innovative tool to monitor the repair status of their watches and jewelery in real time.
By downloading the app from the store and proceeding with the registration, the customer can associate one or more products to his profile.
Once the products are associated, when you need to carry out a repair or maintenance of your watch or jewel just go to the jewelery shop and immediately carry out the acceptance procedure simply indicating the problem encountered.
The acceptance document to be signed (directly on your smartphone) with photos and videos explaining the status of the product being accepted will be sent through the app.
Once the repair has been completed, the customer can follow the repair as he can view photos and videos of all the phases of the intervention on the app.
The customer can receive directly on the app the cost estimate for the intervention to decide whether to accept it (digitally signing the quote directly from your smartphone) or reject it.
At the end of the repair the customer will be notified directly on the app.
All interventions performed will be archived and can be consulted at any time by the customer.
