According to our study of the sector, we have noted a recurring common need among the three operators, namely:
The concrete mixer often has difficulty in satisfying his customer orders within the set deadlines due to a lack of sufficient vehicles (truck/pump) and lack of visibility, he does not know who the service provider available at the time is.
The ready-mixed concrete transport and/or pumping service provider often has low periods due to lack of orders from its concrete mixer, and lack of visibility, it does not know who the concrete mixer is or the company that needs a service provider at that time.
The construction company also sometimes experiences delivery delays due to a lack of trucks and/or pumps from its concrete mixer and, due to a lack of visibility, it does not know who the service provider available is at the time.
Hence the need to set up a synergy and communication platform between the three operators in order to regulate the market for supply and demand in the ready-mixed concrete sector through real-time visibility.
The platform provides its users with a range of features to remedy most of these problems mentioned above.
