Hartford Healthcare Colleague Well-Being is an app to help you practice “me time” on your time. Guided mindfulness moments, soothing sounds, mood tracking, well-being content and resources at your fingertips.

- The Hartford Healthcare (HHC) Colleague Well-being app contains incredible content for your mind, body, and spirit. A suite of clinically designed tools, practices, and resources to powerfully address anxiety, depression, pain, sleep issues, and increase well-being. Featuring hundreds of guided meditations to help calm your mind for better rest after a long stressful day, or to help soothe anxiety. Enjoy this app as you take a break, or after you head home for the day. Your family members have access too!

- What’s New: A new look and feel to elevate the user experience, a mood tracker to help you realize how just a few minutes of “me” time can improve how you feel, and unique HHC Wellness Wednesday content each week easily accessible on the app.
Additional enhancements include a new “For You” home screen with meditations personalized to your needs, alerts to remind yourself to take a pause, the ability to save your favorite content, create a playlist for extended listening, and share content with friends.

Additionally:
- FIND the mindfulness content you like with greater ease! Save your favorite content, on the “For You” homepage. Use the “Discover” library to search by category, keyword, meditation guide, and title. Set your sleep tracks to “Repeat” and set the “Sleep Timer” to turn them off when you’re asleep.
