The application allows for full and non-contact management of the event, including the appropriate delegation of tasks, staff deployment, and above all, the proper flow of information between people involved in the preparation of the event. The application will allow you to manage the event,
communication with staff, services and volunteers, as well as reporting on the course of the event for partners or sponsors.
The system designed in this way will ensure automated, remote management of the process of organizing a sports, recreational or cultural event while maintaining full data security. The application will perform a number of functions of a communication nature, facilitating the transfer of information about the event and improving its efficiency
