The Club Monocle design borrows 1920’s panache and spun it into 2020’s flair. Club Monocle’s founder drew inspiration from Lesbian history to develop a social media app that will inform the way Lesbians communicate and interact with each other.
The Clubhouse was named as homage to how Lesbians signaled each other years ago, as well as from a 1920s hotspot called Le’ Monocle in Paris, France, which is the first-ever bar to catered to Lesbian patrons.
The main tenets of Club Monocle are privacy and exclusivity for Lesbians, among other features that offer a sense of security to subscribers. Unlike other apps, Club Monocle vows to be the interactive social media community of choice for Lesbians who are seeking an unproblematic haven that embraces the varying textures of their sexuality.
