This application is developed by the Center of Machine Vision and Signal Processing (CMVS) and Water, Energy and Environmental Engineering (WE3) research units at the University of Oulu, Finland in collaboration with EU waterline project to collect hydrology related data. You can give your valuable inputs regarding urban flooding, lake water quality, river ice or vegetation condition report in your local area and than that data will be used for educational/research purposes eventually leading to a better world.
