SPIDER is a platform created to allow citizens access to information through electronic “voice” transmissions and verbal intercommunication between entities. The platform is based on compliance with Decree 1166 of 2016. Therefore, chapter 12 is added to Title 3 of Part of book 2 of Decree 1069 of 2015, Sole Regulatory Decree of the Justice Sector of law, related to the presentation, treatment and filing of verbally submitted petitions.
