It withold my payment for almost 1 month which booked taxi was cancelled on 2 Dec, feedback 3 times and nobody ever replied, no option to chat wirh custoner service. The phone call has no option to operator, only cab self booking service.

i am not sure why comfort is the only hiring company that hold a pre-authorised amount for an entire whole month. Am i the only one? If this is how comfort earn by holding to customers $ to earn interest? why need to have a pre-authorised amount when you can charge an full amount to my card loke any other are doing. worst part, the app /customers service is like another endless communication with no conclusions. someone even juat ignore my email reply. well done comfort, hopless now.
