What stores and supermarkets can I find?
At Mercado Digital we deliver products in the City of Hermosillo. The exact stores where you can buy depend on your location.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Mercado Pago, credit and debit cards.

How do we charge in Mercado Digital?
The service charge is included in the prices you see in the Products catalog - it can be between 5% to 20% of the published price.

To find out how much the service charge for Pickup M01 is, visit the Pricing Policy in the profile of each store. This part will display the information, including the service charge and the estimated delivery time of your order.

What do I do if I need a product that is not available?
If what you need is not in our catalog, write the name of the product you want by direct message in the contact section, write the most relevant details such as brand, size, quantity, etc. The more specific you are describing your product, the easier it will be to find it, you would help us to improve and keep our catalogs updated.

When will my order be ready and what are the collection times?
The schedule you choose, can be from 60 minutes, to deliveries within a fortnight, at the time that best suits you. Once you complete the order, at checkout you will see a list of available hours.

The alternatives of delivery schedules depend on the time you make the order, the size, the demand and other variables. - We only show you the delivery options in which we can be sure to deliver your products on time.

The hours of operation in the Pickup M01 are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day of the week.

Will they use my phone number to contact me?
Yes, an M01 operator will call you once you have finished filling your order. In that call he will notify you if some of the products are not available in the store to offer you possible replacements and will ensure that you do not forget anything. I may also call you if I need additional information to find your address.

Do not worry, your data is safe in Mercado Digital, the operator does not have access to your direct number, the call is linked through the app.

What happens if any of the products is not available?
An M01 operator will look for replacements for the products that are not in inventory and will call you to confirm them with you. If the replacement suggestions do not convince you, your product will not be charged.

We ask that you keep an eye on your phone because it will call you to confirm details of your purchase.

What do I do if something went wrong with my purchase?

When will I receive my refund?
In the case of a pending refund, consider that these take 3 to 5 business days to process, depending on your bank. If you do not see the refund reflected in your account after 5 business days, please contact your bank directly, as some banks may take up to 15 days.
