We are roots, tradition and desire to improve. Many years have passed since my great-grandfather Hilario de Lema raised cows in this beautiful Madrid mountain range in the shadow of our malicious one. So generation after generation this has continued to happen.
Today we can say that we have one of the most select herds of cattle in the community of Madrid and always protected by the strict health and quality controls of the I.G.P. Meat from the Sierra de Guadarrama, one of the most important denominations of origin for beef in Spain and one of the few registered in Brussels.
After a long journey in the breeding and management of cattle, I think we can say that we are in a position to offer our customers a unique meat of the highest quality since it is produced in a unique environment with ideal conditions for obtaining an unbeatable meat for the most demanding palate.
