This fitness app is so user-friendly. I like that I can easily see the weight and reps from past week's workouts to ensure I continue to push myself. There are helpful videos for each exercise as well. Dylan is not only knowledgeable in fitness but nutrition as well. He does all the macro/meal planning for me all in the app, which is a bonus. I'm continuing to see results each week. 10/10 recommend. If you follow Dylan's plan, you will see results!

Working with Dylan has been amazing, just getting back into the gym from a smaller injury that required therapy. Dylan understands 100 percent that I need to slowly work back into things like before the injury, the app is great to keep track of your daily workouts/ cardio/ macros etc... 10/10. god bless.
