100% won't pay a monthly fee for this app. Would consider a one time fee for this, but at this point I can only use it to see which Regs and Docs are newly updated.

unusable with Android, cannot zoom in to text on a PDF to make it readable, it just becomes pixelated. doesn't allow hyperlinks from the PDF to go to the source, cannot search . if I could actually read the MSD on my phone, I would pay for the app.
