It is easy to inventory the products with the use of the Ocean Collector. When using the application on the Smartphone, the camera interprets the barcode and / or QRCode to account for the stock count. With the use of the "Caribbean PL-40L" hardware, it is possible to read the bar codes and / or QRCode quickly and quickly, as it contains a high performance barcode reader / scanner, minimizing inventory time by the company.

Access to the application is exclusive to employees with a login and password in the Ocean ERP System, in which the access data is the same.

The Inventory is generated by the Ocean ERP System, according to the predefined rules. In the presentation of the inventory, important information such as: Product data, image, warehouse and inventory data. The counting process, besides being intuitive, is easy to understand, helping the employee's interpretation.

In case of a problem with the bar code, the application has an alternative for manual counting, where the employee needs to justify the use of this option. With this functionality, it is avoided that the process depends exclusively on the bar code of the product.

An important feature of this release is the ability to pause inventory counting and return later without losing counts.
