This App will allow our Customers to easily search existing cases/requests and their status, Create new tech requests, and two way communication/chat with Collins Support Team. Customer will also receive a push notification when a new email, chat or status update is received. Technical requests for other business units should still be sent to crc@collins.com or your dedicated Collins field support representative.
