If necessary, the Comii Senior APP helps you to search for and commission everyday helpers directly. You can choose from different categories for this. Are you looking for help with shopping, in the garden (clearing snow, mowing the lawn, ...) or for accompaniment or transport to the doctor? With Comii you can hire everyday helpers in your area to support you at short notice.
After you have selected a category, all everyday helpers in your immediate vicinity will be displayed with a picture. You can either ask all of them or just a specific everyday helper (whom you may already know).
Immediately afterwards, the everyday helper receives a message and he can accept this order.
As soon as the everyday helper has arrived, the order begins to run (in terms of time). There are status reports for this. If the job is done, the everyday helper has to click on a status "done". You will receive a message about this in your APP.
At the same time, you will receive an invoice in your APP (if not voluntary) and the fee for the everyday helper will be automatically collected from you and forwarded to the everyday helper.
You can rate your everyday helper (5 stars means: everything is perfect!).
You also have the option of saving everyday helpers that you would like to hire as a preference. So you can order them even faster.
You can also use Comii Senior to request help for someone who does not have a mobile phone or an APP.
To do this, all you have to do is click on the option "for a third person" under "Request help". Important: In this case, help can only be provided at the location that is stored as the address.
In all other cases, help comes to the geoposition of the person seeking help.
