The continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) is commonly used in the ICU and acute renal failure is a serious and common process in the context of critically ill patients with multiple organ dysfunction (MODS) syndrome. This application contains the indications, techniques, variants, calculation of initial dosing parameters, calculate filtration fraction and liquid replacement for later adjustment, composition of replacement fluids and dialysis more frequently used and recommended doses of drugs to maintain anticoagulated extracorporeal circuit.
Introducing weight, hematocrit and extraction of desired time dose liquid convection and diffusion (dialysis / ultrafiltado) are calculated according to current recommendations (effluent <25 ml / kg / h), the blood flow necessary to maintain filtration fraction <20% and the amount of replacement liquid according to the chosen replacement place (pre-filter, post-filter, or mixed). In the "Settings" filtration fraction and replacement fluids are calculated according to selected parameters.
