The cities demand alert and response systems on various fronts, mobility, security, connectivity, cleaning, among others.
In response, both from the entities and with particular initiatives, contact spaces have been developed. However, this would imply having about 10 apps and participating in 5 or 6 groups on social networks to generate the corresponding alerts; On the other hand, the emergency lines are saturated by the number of fronts they cover and through which they try to address, leaving citizens orphans of a truly efficient and reliable space for interaction with the mayor's office and its secretariats.
From this problem, Ciudad Consciente is born a unique platform that allows to generate alerts and complaints on the most sensitive fronts for cities, which connects efficiently with the entities that can give an adequate and timely response to each contribution made by citizens. It is these digital tools that can be used to generate communication between citizens and the government, where the population can feel heard and leaders obtain direct information from the voice of those affected.
