Trying to get some real help is a nightmare!! Since I started with Comporium I've had nothing but trouble, regardless the issue. Mostly the problem has been with name & password. This has been ambiguous from the start.First I was told to use the account number, then someone else told me to use my email for my "name", then I need to pick a name,then the password never works so I have to change it almost every time I try to go into the site.Then I can't get into site after I try more than 3 times

A head-scratchingly useless which cannot be used away from home; that's just one aspect of this app's dismal performance.

I have been with this company for several years and have not had any major Problems. If I did they cleared it up very quickly they are so friendly and very understanding I am very Pleased the way they take Charge of you issues.
